Hey there book lovers! Are you looking for a way to expand your reading horizons and meet new friends? Look no further than our book club! Here are just a few reasons why joining our book club is a great idea:

First off, being part of a book club exposes you to new books and genres that you may not have otherwise discovered. It's like going on a literary adventure without leaving your armchair! Plus, discussing books with others can help you see things from new perspectives and gain new insights.

Speaking of discussing books, being part of a book club is a great way to connect with others who share your love of reading. You can swap book recommendations, share your opinions, and form meaningful friendships based on shared interests and values.

And let's not forget about the benefits to your mental health. Reading has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and being part of a book club can amplify this effect. It's like a mini vacation for your mind!

So, if you're looking for a way to spice up your reading life and meet new friends, consider joining a book club today. It's a fun and engaging way to explore new books and connect with like-minded individuals.

Below are our next two book selections.

Ordinary Grace

Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger. This book is set in the fictional Minnesota town of New Bremen, in the summer of 1961.  The plot centers on a quartet of deaths that take place in and around the town over the course of that summer.  Told from the main character's perspective forty years later, it tells the story of a boy trying to understand a world that seems to be falling apart around him.

The next meeting is November 13th at 7:00 pm at the ministry center. For more info, contact Joan at jrudderow@aol.com.
