Pray without Ceasing

David had said that his house will be known as a house of prayer. While worship is a very important part of any church, we cannot forget the wonderful power of prayer.  There are some things that only comes through prayer (Matthew 17:21 & Mark 9:29).  Prayer can move mountains.  It allows us to speak directly to the problem-solver, healer, deliverer, and provider.

We want to encourage you to be involved in prayer.  There are times "we have not because we ask not", James 4:2.

There are many times that we get so busy that sometimes we forget to pray.  That is why many feel that the church has lost her power and effectiveness in America.  We seem to rely upon our own means or the government to make provision when God really wants His people to call upon His name.  Prayer can move mountains (Matthew 21:21 & Mark 11:23)!!!  What mountains do you need moved?

Prayer Circle

We invite everyone to be in spiritual union with us in the sanctuary each Thursday morning at 11:30AM or to take a moment to pray where you are —at your place of work, in your home —at the same time we are praying.

If you would like to request a prayer for the Thursday Morning Prayer Circle, please contact the church office.  Prayer requests from worship on Sunday are prayed for again on Thursday mornings.

For long-term prayers, if you would like to provide a photo of your loved one, please see Leona Hart.
